Northbay Stone Works is not responsible for condition of stone selected by customers, or for any factory caused imperfections such as swirl marks in polished surfaces, unfilled gouges, variation in slab thickness, unpolished areas, etc. Natural flaws and fissures exist in all stone. Repairs, if possible, may be at extra cost. Northbay Stone Works is not responsible for book-matching veins in stone with movement unless specified in the contract. Use of slabs in this manner often requires the purchase of additional slabs or a special order.
